Setup & Installation

  • How do I set up my VseeBox for the first time?

    1. Connect the device to your TV via the included HDMI 2.0 cable.

    2. Plug in the Power Supply.

    3. Insert batteries into the Bluetooth Remote Control.

    4. Follow the on-screen setup wizard to select your language and time zone.

    5. Connect to the internet via Wi-Fi (Settings > Network) or Ethernet for the most stable connection.

  • How do I pair the Bluetooth remote? Hold the [OK] and [VOL-] buttons simultaneously until the red light on the remote flashes. The screen will display "Remote control connected successfully" once paired.

  • Where do I find the Heat apps? After the initial setup, click on the Heat Live or Heat VOD icons on the home screen. The device will automatically download and install the latest versions.

Troubleshooting & Performance

  • What should I do if my video is buffering or freezing?

    • Internet Speed: Ensure you have at least 15 Mbps for 4K streaming. Use the "Fast.com" app on the device to test your current speed.

    • Clear Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Heat Live/VOD > Clear Cache.

    • Reboot: Unplug the power for 30 seconds and restart both the VseeBox and your router.

    • Switch Servers: In Heat VOD, if a movie is lagging, try selecting a different server or source from the list.

  • My Wi-Fi says "Remembered" but won't connect. What's wrong? This usually indicates an incorrect password. Select the network, click "Forget Network," and re-enter your Wi-Fi password carefully.

  • What if a specific channel is not working? If you see "Channel Under Maintenance," try switching to another channel and back. If it persists, you can report it via the Feedback section (Menu > Info > Feedback) within the Heat Live app.
